Las Vegas Wedding Planner Andrea Eppolito looks back on the Real Wedding of Laura and Adam Wolter.
Oh My! Has it really been a year?!?!
The happiest of Anniversaries to Laura & Adam Wolter! These two were wed at the dazzling Body English at the Hard Rock Hotel on July 20, 2012.
You may remember that I first introduced Laura & Adam with their fabulous engagement photos, which were set against the old neon signs of Las Vegas. Their love story tells us what happens when fate and technology collide - you can read more about it here!
I was so thrilled to be working with them, not only because they were super cool and from my old stomping grounds of Long Island, but because right off the bat they wanted something different. Having booked a venue that boasts a quarter of a million dollar chandelier, we designed the entire wedding around crystals and metallics. Laura's taste was an eclectic mix of elegant with a call for drama. She loved the way the light played against the crystals in Body English, and in an unexpected move we decided to forgo any and all flowers as decor, focusing instead on manzanita branch trees, uplighting, and Swarovski. And yet, flowers were still taking center stage on the cake, which was a stunning creation from Gimme Some Sugar! In fact, to this day I get calls, emails and tweets about this cake!

Thank you, again, to the Hard Rock Hotel, Deidra Wilson Photography, DJ Twisted, Naakiti Floral and Your Beauty Call for working together to make this night magical!
And a personal message to Laura & Adam ~ I loved and adored each and every decision we made together! But more than that, I have loved watching you two via Facebook and Instagram as you've grown into your marriage and lives with your ever so cute puggle, Walter Wolter. I was honored to call you clients, and blessed to call you friends!
Now hurry up and come back to Vegas so that we unwind, grab some sushi and play!
