Destination Wedding Planner Andrea Eppolito presents Invitations by Shop Annabelles. ©
Jennifer Beasley told me early on in planning that her paper was going to be important to her. As a lover of design with a gorgeous aesthetic and a background in marketing, no cut to order invitation would do! We tapped Ann Trobough of Shop Annabelles to design and produce the invitation suite, confident that her graphic design and timeless style would match well with Jennifer's wish list.
"I wanted my invitations to have a fresh, elegant feel. We went round-and-round on design ideas and then my wedding planner reminded me how much I loved the lace of my wedding dress...And just like that, an idea was born! Andrea got in touch with, P'Nina Tornai, the designer of my wedding dress, and her team sent a photo of the lace and pattern. Andrea worked closely along side Ann, who created a CAD from the photo, and together we we able to incorporate the motif. I love that my invitation is patterned after my dress, literally! I also loved how the tiered formatting showcasing the weekend of events created excitement for the weekend of activities."
Indeed they did! I only wish you could feel the paper. The weight of it, the tactile lace pattern, the shimmer. It is truly exquisite work!
Many thanks to Ally and the team at P'Nina Tornai for not only making the stunner of a dress my bride will wear two months from today, but also for being so excited about this process, and so generous in sharing their patterns.
Ann, you have (once again!) outdone yourself!
